With almost 60,000 young people on the waiting list to join in the UK, the Scouts Movement is growing fast. The Scouts needed to more clearly differentiate their age groups across the Cubs, Scouts and Leaders welcome materials to help better define each offering.

The Scouts welcome packs felt tired and out of touch and lacked the active confidence usually associated with the organisation. The Cubs, Scouts and Leaders sections each needed to feel age-appropriate in their tone, content and visual language while also feeling fresh and modern. The introduction of a new type family that 'matures' throughout the age groups along with updated colours, illustrations and a more dynamic visual language helped vitalise the materials.
